Before Restoration
Painting was torn and in need of cleaning and removal of yellow varnish.
After Restoration
We cleaned and removed yellow varnish from the painting. We then lined the painting onto a new backing canvas. The painting was then cleaned, retouched and varnished, to complete the restoration.

Appearance given by the yellow varnish was of a winter scene at dusk.
After Restoration
Appearance given by the yellowed varnish was of a winter scene at dusk.
